2007
- December. Effective Dec 1, 2007, SpeechCraft has tranferred its division for development of speech enabled services along with associated customers, to Voice Provider. In the future, SpeechCraft will assist Voice Provider with its expertise within the area of speech enabled services. SpeechCraft will also continue to supply Scandinavian organizations with speech technology software from Nuance Communications.

- September. SpeechCraft has sold its division for PBX product development to Netwise AB, a Swedish company owned by Ericsson.
